Kualifikasi:

1. Minimum 1 year experience in IT Support, preferably in retail/store operations.   
2. Experienced in troubleshooting hardware, software, network, POS, and store IT systems.   
3. Able to perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment.   
4. Familiar with CCTV, printers, barcode scanners, POS systems, and other store devices.   
5. Good problem-solving and communication skills.   
6. Able to work independently and respond quickly to store IT issues.   
7. Willing to work shifting, weekends, and public holidays.
