  • CASHIER
Kualifikasi: 
  1. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality, or related field  
  2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Cashier in hospitality industry, hotel, restaurant, café, resort, or golf club is highly preferred  
  3. Able to communicate in English is a plus  
  4. Familiar with basic Microsoft Office, POS systems and cashier operations  
  5. Honest, detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, good communication and customer service skills  
  6. Able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment  
  7. Professional appearance and positive attitude
Jobdesc: 
  1. Handle daily payment transactions accurately and efficiently  
  2. Ensure all cash, card, and digital payment transactions are properly recorded  
  3. Prepare daily cashier reports and reconcile transactions  
  4. Provide friendly, professional, and responsive guest service  
  5. Coordinate with Finance and operational teams regarding transaction matters  
  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier area  
  7. Follow company SOP, cash handling procedures, and operational standards
  • CHIEF HOUSE KEEPING
Kualifikasi: 
  1. Minimum D3/S1 in Hospitality or a related field.  
  2. Minimum 3 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.  
  3. Experience in a golf club, hotel, resort, or hospitality industry is highly preferred.  
  4. Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills.  
  5. High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.  
  6. Good communication and problem-solving abilities.  
  7. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.  
  8. English proficiency is an advantage.
Jobdesc: 
  1. Lead and supervise the Housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness across the clubhouse, locker rooms, restrooms, offices, and public areas.  
  2. Plan, schedule, and monitor daily housekeeping operations.  
  3. Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.  
  4. Manage housekeeping supplies, equipment, and inventory efficiently.  
  5. Train, coach, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure consistent service quality.  
  6. Coordinate with Golf Operations, F&B, and Engineering teams to support daily operations and special events.  
  7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
