- SERVICE RUNNER
Kualifikasi:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or F&B training is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality service role preferred, ideally in a high-end or fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food service procedures and hygiene standards.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent coordination and time-management skills to ensure smooth service flow.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is an advantage for guest interaction.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail, especially in handling plated dishes.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to delivering high-quality service in line with the Bobobox FnB business's standards.
- Physically fit to stand and walk for extended periods, and to carry trays or multiple dishes safely.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

- COOK
Kualifikasi:
- Basic culinary training or vocational certification.
- Experience 1–2 years in a professional kitchen preferred.
- Basic cooking techniques and knife skills.

- Hardworking and willing to learn.
- Good stamina and attention to cleanliness.
- Positive and adaptable.
- COOK HELPER
Kualifikasi:
- Basic culinary training or vocational certification.
- Experience 1–2 years in a professional kitchen preferred.
- Basic cooking techniques and knife skills.

- BARISTA
Kualifikasi:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in barista or hospitality is a plus.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a barista or bartender in a premium café, restaurant, or hotel.
- Proficient in operating coffee machines, grinders, blenders, shakers, and related bar equipment.
- Familiarity with cocktail and mocktail recipes, flavor balancing, and garnishing.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices in beverage preparation.
- Strong guest service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics in beverage presentation.

- HOSTESS/GREETER/CASHIER
Kualifikasi:
- Minimum high school or a diploma in hospitality/tourism management is preferred
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a guest-facing role within a restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality environment; luxury or fine-dining experience preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Strong organizational skills to manage reservations, seating flow, and payment processes efficiently.
- Accuracy and attention to detail in handling transactions and billing.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance in line with the Bobobox FnB business's luxury brand standards.
- Naturally hospitable, courteous, and attentive to guest needs.
- Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude.
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness in handling financial transactions.

- WAITER / WAITRESS
Kualifikasi:
- Diploma or equivalent, hospitality or F&B training is an advantage
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or banquet service role.
- Luxury or fine-dining experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, guest-focused approach
- Attention to detail in service, presentation, and order accuracy

Kualifikasi:
- No formal education required; basic literacy preferred.
- Prior experience in kitchen or cleaning role preferred.
- Knowledge of sanitation and cleaning procedures.
- Ability to operate dishwashing machines and cleaning tools.
- Physically fit and able to work long hours.
- Reliable, punctual, and disciplined.
- Team player with attention to detail.
- CAPTAIN
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal SMK sederajat
- Pengalaman 1–2 tahun di bidang industri F&B restaurant menjadi nilai tambah.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Puncak, Bogor.
- Memiliki kemampuan literasi dasar tentang industri FnB
- Memiliki kemampuan problem solving, proaktif, teliti, kondisi fisik yang baik, serta memiliki kesadaran dan leadership yang tinggi
