Key Responsibilities 

1. Develop a content strategy and content calendar for Instagram.  
2. Create, edit, and publish engaging content (feed posts, stories, and reels) with compelling captions.  
3. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate content performance on a regular basis.  
4. Manage audience interactions through comments, direct messages, and replies.  
5. Stay up to date with social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.  

Qualifications 

1. Bachelor's degree from any major.  
2. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience or a social media portfolio are encouraged to apply.  
3. Creative, detail-oriented, and interested in business consulting (business development, sales, and marketing).  
4. Good understanding of content performance metrics and analytics.  
5. Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.  
6. Proficient in Canva and CapCut, and familiar with Claude AI.
