Qualifications  

1. Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK), Diploma/Bachelor preferred  
2. At least 1 year of experience as SPG/SPB or retail sales  
3. Strong communication and persuasive selling skills  
4. Good sense of color coordination, aesthetics, and product presentation  
5. Able to identify customer preferences and recommend products based on colors, designs, and fragrances  
6. Customer-oriented with good product consultation skills  
7. Good interpersonal skills, disciplined, adaptable, and proactive  
8. Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
9. Placement: BOGOR
