Kualifikasi:

1. Active university student or fresh graduate, preferably in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.  
2. Passionate about Human Resources, especially Recruitment.  
3. Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.  
4. Strong communication and administrative skills.  
5. Detail oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.  
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office.  
7. Available to commit to the internship period.  
8. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays, and be placed in Cisarua, Bogor, West Java.

Jobdesc:

1. Support the end-to-end recruitment process & recruitment activities, including walk-in interviews, job fairs, and campus hiring events. 
2. Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate screening.  
3. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and users.  
4. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.  
5. Assist with recruitment administration and maintain the candidate database.  
6. Post job vacancies on various recruitment platforms.
