Scuola Preschool & Sensory Class merupakan sebuah lembaga atau yayasan yang bergerak di bidang Pendidikan untuk anak usia dini. Saat ini sedang membuka lowongan untuk posisi ASSISTANT TEACHER & SENSORY CLASS TEACHER (WEEKEND CLASS)

• ASSISTANT TEACHER 

Job Descriptions: 

1. Assist in planning and implementing child-centered learning experiences following the Reggio Emilia approach.  
2. Lead and facilitate sensory classes using open-ended, hands-on activities that support children's cognitive, social-emotional, language, and motor development.  
3. Observe, document, and assess children's progress to support individualized learning.  
4. Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence.  
5. Prepare and organize learning materials, sensory setups, and classroom environments using natural and open-ended resources.  
6. Collaborate with lead teachers and parents to support each child's developmental goals and daily learning experiences.  

Qualifications: 

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.  
2. Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in early childhood education, preferably with exposure to the Reggio Emilia approach.  
3. Skills & Attributes: 
   - Fluent in English (spoken and written) 
   - Creative, innovative, and passionate about child-centered learning 
   - Strong observation, documentation, and planning skills 
   - Committed to continuous professional growth and reflective practice  
4. Personal Traits: Patient, empathetic, and collaborative, with a genuine love for working with young children.

• SENSORY CLASS TEACHER (WEEKEND CLASS) 

Job Descriptions: 

1. Plan and facilitate engaging sensory play sessions for children.  
2. Design age-appropriate, hands-on activities that promote cognitive, sensory, language, and motor development.  
3. Prepare and organize sensory materials while ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment.  
4. Observe children's participation and adapt activities to meet individual developmental needs.  
5. Guide children through open-ended exploration while encouraging creativity, independence, and problem-solving.  
6. Communicate with parents regarding class activities and children's engagement when appropriate.  

Qualifications: 

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.  
2. Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in early childhood education, preferably with exposure to the Reggio Emilia approach.
