- Supervise daily operational activities
- Ensure service quality & team performance
- Coordinate effectively with all departments and team members
- Handle operational issues quickly & professionally
- Monitor customer satisfaction & repeat visits
- Create a healthy, productive work environment
Kualifikasi:
- Is a female leader with experience in supervisory or similar roles
- Has strong communication and leadership skills
- Is initiative-driven and solution-oriented
- Can make operational decisions confidently
- Works professionally, collaboratively, and responsibly
- Is emotionally mature and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
