Kualifikasi:
- Minimum education: D3/s1
- At least 2 years of experience in the Travel Agency industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to initiate offers, negotiate terms, and deals.
- Skilled in conducting market research and customer database analysis to identify potential leads
- Capable of handling sales administration tasks (proposals, contracts, invoices).
- Target-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team
Jobdesc:
- Promote and sell travel products (tickets, hotel bookings, tour packages, etc.).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Prepare customized proposals and offers based on client needs.
- Manage and monitor the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide accurate sales reports and updates.
