Kualifikasi Umum:

1. Willing to reside in the Islamic boarding school
2. Have noble character
3. Able to read the Quran with tartil (proper recitation) 
4. Memorize at least 2 juz of the Quran with proficiency (mutqin)
5. Able to speak English actively
6. The applicant must be a Muslim
7. Loyal, dedicated, and committed to the school's values
8. Maximum age of 35 years old.

Kualifikasi HeadMaster:

1. Experience as a headmaster in an international Islamic Boarding School for at least 1year
2. Preferably male
3. Preferably holds a Master's degree in Education Management

Kualifikasi English Teacher:

1. Bachelor's degree in English Education
2. Experience teaching English for at least 1 year
3. Preferably has a valid TOE- FL/IELTS certificate
