- Honest, disciplined and responsible
- Good communication skills
- Self motivated and good timekeeper
- At least 1 year experience as Barista
- Able to organize store especially coffee bar
- Capable of delivering excellent customer service and good hospitality
- Able to maintain high standard of operations
- Team player and able to lead the team
- In-depth knowledge of the speciality coffee
- Able to do latte art is an advantage
