PT Sari Coffee Indonesia atau yang lebih dikenal dengan Starbucks Indonesia merupakan perusahaan publik yang bergerak dalam bidang ritel makanan cepat saji dan bermarkas di Jakarta, Indonesia. Perusahaan ini merupakan pemegang hak waralaba tunggal Starbucks di Indonesia. 

Starbucks baru masuk pada 17 Mei 2002 dengan pembukaan gerai di Plaza Indonesia. Kedai pertama itu diikuti pembukaan kedai-kedai selanjutnya di berbagai tempat di Indonesia. Gerai Starbucks di bandara Ngurah Rai ini memiliki papan pemberitahuan yang menunjukkan bahwa ini adalah kedai ke-300 di Indonesia.

Ke depan, Starbucks akan menghadirkan gerai dengan konsep istimewa dan unik yang pertama dan satu-satunya di dunia pada 2018 mendatang, juga di Bali. Gerai ini akan dirancang untuk penikmat kopi agar dapat mengenal dan mempelajari lebih dalam tentang perjalanan di balik setiap cangkir kopi yang dihidangkan di gerai itu.

Requirments :
  1. Passionate candidate within the age of 18 - 24 years
  2. High school, 1 year customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
  3. Diploma / Bachelor Degree graduate preferably from Hospitality / Tourism
  4. High levels of enery and enthusiasm
  5. Strong interpersonal skill with outgoing personality and customer service attitude
  6. Available to work in shift hour and flexible for early morning, late evening, weekend and/or holiday time
  7. Able to speak basic conversation in English
Jobdesc :
  1. Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a “customer comes first” attitude and connecting with the customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs.
  2. Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
  3. Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Starbucks.
  4. Maintains a calm exterior presence during periods of high volume or unusual events. Maintains a clean and comfortable store environment.
  5. Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues. Communicates information to manager so that the team can respond as necessary to create the “Third Place” environment during each shift.
  6. Follows Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift
  7. Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed.
  8. Recognizes and reinforces individual and team accomplishments by using existing organizational methods.
  9. Contributes to positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and communicating them to the management team.
